Paint the wooden picture frame in a light paint color such as white or cream and let it dry.
Paint the wooden hearts different shades of green and let it dry.
This will be the guide for the heart wreath.
Insert the glass into the frame and center it over top of the large circlle shape.
Using the hot glue gun, glue the biggest painted wooden hearts around the circle on the glass.
Then glue the smaller painted wooden hearts on top of every other large heart.
Glue the dusted painted hearts to the wreath and let dry.
As an option, artificial or burlap flowers can be glued to the wreath.
Cut some burlap and create a large, full bow with it.
Using the hot glue gun, glue it to the wreath in th upper left corner.
And with that, the craft is complete and ready to be hung on the wall and enjoyed!
