Step 1: Make a big heart out of red construction paper.
Draw a smaller heart inside.
Step 2: Cut out the small heart.
(Decorate the small heart and give it to your Valentine!)
Step 3: Glue a piece of wax paper (also known as oven paper) inside the heart.
Step 4: Tear pieces of tissue paper and glue them onto the wax paper.
Step 5: Brush over the top of the tissue with clear glue.
Step 6: Attach a ribbon to the heart.
Hang your finished heart in the window.
