When you unfold it you will reveal a symmetrical heart shape!
Fold the second sheet of construction paper in half and lay your first heart on top.
Use your pencil to draw a larger heart.
(The second heart should be half an inch larger than the first heart.)
Cut out the larger heart.
Feel free to use your decorative scissors for a fancy finish!
Hold both of your hearts open and punch holes evenly around the edges.
Measure out lots of ribbon and trim one end to make a point.
Start weaving the ribbon through your punched holes starting where the bow will be.
Once youve weaved your ribbon through, tie a bow and deliver your candy card to your Valentine!
