Start by painting your wooden wheelbarrow with white chalky paint and letting it dry.
Peel the ply off the napkins and cut down to size.
Brush a layer of Decoupage or Mod Podge onto the wheelbarrow and press the napkin on top.
Gently press the paper napkin down to verify the surface is covered.
Next, take your paste and spread it over the stencil.
Remove the stencil and let dry.
Next, line the wheelbarrow with plastic.
Fill with rocks, soil and your succulents.
