The great thing about bandanas is that they are already hemmed, which make them perfect for skirt-making.
And, if I can add lace to anything, I will.
I love the frilly, feminine touch that the lace adds to this skirt!
This is a verysimple sewing project!
I would estimate this to fit a 3 5 year old child, depending on their waist size.
This will fit approximately an 18 22 childs waist.
