I picked up the silver piece from the Dollar Tree knowing I wanted to use it for a craft.

However, I couldnt think of how I wanted to use it.
Either way, we will be using it as a decorative piece.
The other fun part of this craft is the dry lavender!
Lavender has such a calming scent to it.
It would be lovely to hang in a house or gift to a friend!

To start, carefully remove the canvas from around the wood frame.
Paint the wooden frame using a creme wax.
Use a paper towel to rub off any excess wax and then set aside to dry.
Take a sheet of tissue paper and crinkle it and glue onto the previously cut canvas.
Hot glue the frame over top of the canvas and cut any excess paper hanging from the sides.
Next, hot glue the metal tray into the middle of the canvas.
Arrange your dried lavender to fit inside the metal tray and hot glue to hold it in place.
Attach a bow to the lavender with hot glue to complete the reverse canvas sign.
And there you have it, the craft is complete.
