If its a rainy day outside and youre enjoying craft time, lets get started making some puddles!

We used water color paint, or you might use gouache.

Here comes the fun part!

Use bottle caps to stamp blue paint onto the white paper.

you might tap on the side of a paint brush to get more water droplet effects.

Have fun making some watery textures and talking about rain.

Once your rain painting is dry, cut out a puddle shape.

Glue your puddle onto a sheet of blue construction paper.

Cut out some boot shapes from your colorful or patterned paper.

Round off the toe part of your boot with the scissors.

For added detail, cut strips of another color to make the soles of your rubber boots.

Glue them in place.

Finally, glue the boots onto the puddle.
