Start by painting your magazine holder with white chalky paint.
Using a wet fine tip paint brush paint the edges of the rice paper and carefully remove the design.
Apply a layer of decoupage or mod podge over the magazine holder.
Place the rice paper on top of the glue and gently press down with your fingers.
