First, print out yourresource sheetand loosely cut out the spinners.
Glue the printouts onto a sheet of construction paper using your glue stick.
This is going to add some strength to the spinner, which will help it spin more effectively.
you might skip this step if you print the spinners on thicker paper stock.
Once the glue is dry, cut out the circles.
With a craft knife, carefully cut along the perforated line in the center of the spinner.
Cut it the same size as your coin for a snug fit.
Add some hot glue to the underside of the spinner to secure the coin in place.
