Theres something extra special about our first teddy bear, isnt there?
That first expression of love is so sweet and simple.
Teddy bears are there for us when we feel happy, sad, silly, and scared.
Whenever we need a hug, a teddy bear is there to do the job!
Cut out the circles.
Use the second sheet of paper to make the arms and legs.
Trim the large circle into an oval shape, and trip the medium circle to have a tapered chin.
Punch a hole on the top of each arm, leg, and the base of the head.
Place the legs, arms, and head onto the body.
Mark the connection points through the holes onto the body with a marker.
Use a hole punch to punch the holes.
Use the round head fasteners to assemble the bear.
Glue the ears under each side of the head.
Use a black marker to draw the eyes, nose, and mouth.
To make a bow, draw and cut out a bow shape from a piece of colorful construction paper.
Cut out two strips and glue them to the back of the bow.
Glue the bow in place.
The teddy bear looks distinguished.
