Do you love parties?
Its time to party, were having a monster party!
Our favorite part of a great party is the music and the dancing.
(Okay, okay.
The food and friends are pretty great parts, too.)
Make some groovy monsters to play along with our songMonster Party!
They can swing their arms and dance like no other monster youve seen!
TIP: you might make an easier version of this craft by simply glueing the arms in place.
The puppets will still be adorable as they bop up and down to the music!
Things youll need
Steps
First, print out yourfree monster printables.
Next, cut out all of the shapes along the dotted lines.
Set the arms aside for now.
Use your glue stick to add glue to a popsicle stick.
Glue about half way down, leaving a handle.
Stick the characters bodies onto the popsicle stick with the feet sticking out.
Line up the arms on top of the cut out figure.
This will protect your work surface.
Also, glue beads that surround the pinholes you just made.
Carefully push pins through the holes at the shoulder and through the bead at the back.
Use safety goggles for this next part, and be sure to do this in a kid-free zone.
With wire cutters, snip the excess pin from the back.
Add more hot glue to the holes to secure the pins in place.
Once the glue has set, its time to make your monsters dance.
Lets PARTY!!!
