Sometimes a throw pillow just needs alittle something extraor maybe your just looking fora fun and easy craft?

I have loads of leftover yarn fromknitting projectsIve made over the years.

Materials Needed for Making Tassels:

How to Make Tassels:

Cut strands of yarn between 9-10 long.

Continue cutting strands until you have about 30 strands in the dominant color.

Cut about 10 additional strands in the secondary color.

Place the strands in a pile mixing the two colors.

Throw pillows with tassels places on a couch.

Put one strand centered underneath the pile in the opposite direction.

Tie that strand around the others tightly, knotting it in place.

Fold over one side so all the yarn ends are facing the same direction.

Knot the ends to secure.

Make additional tassels 4 for each throw pillow.

Trim off any loose hanging ends as shown.
