Additionally, use rubbing alcohol and a clean paper towel to wipe away any prints or smudges.
Using a medium sized paintbrush, apply chalky paint in red over the surface of one jar.
Paint the other two jars in white chalky paint.
On the red jar, use the white paint pen to draw a small maple leaf in the center.
Add swirls and polk-a-dots around the leaf to resemble fireworks.
Repeat with the same design around the jar.
Using a fine tip paintbrush, paint the maple leaf in red chalky paint.
Allow paint to dry fully and then remove sealing discs before reattaching the snap lids to all painted jars.
Fill the jars withpaper strawsandreusable cutleryfor a Canada Day picnic.
