Instructions for How to Make Painted Rocks:
Protect your work surface.
Paint the entire surface of the rock in Cotton Ball white using the larger flat paint brush.
Add another coat of white if needed and turn over to paint both sides of the rock.
Using a fine tip paint brush, paint three thin lines in Turf Green as shown.
Leave to dry fully before moving to next step.
Start with larger dots and make smaller as you go up.
Repeat on the other two stems.
