We did some trees using white painted pinecones and others using silver spray painted pinecones.
If painting, be sure to allow enough time for the paint to dry fully before asembling the trees.
Insert the wide end of the pinecone in under the elastic bands.
Take some floral wire and secure the bottom row of pine cones in place, tightening the wire.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 all the way to the top of the cone.
