Avoid the extravagantly priced garland when you might easily make this yourself for a fraction of the cost.
If you are new to crafting, this is a great place to start.
I love adding greenery to our winter decor.
Copper Dipped Garland
If you go to any store to buy pre-decorated garlands, they are so expensive!
Some that we saw were as high as $80- one even $125!
We bought the garland for only $4 (Canadian dolars, that is!).
you could make it match other decorations, or match your house!

Start by laying both of the garlands on a flat surface.
You will need some space for this craft!
Using the floral wire, tie the two garlands together.
Next, wrap the Christmas lights in the garland and secure it with floral wire.
Cut some faux berries and work them into the garland and secure them with floral wire.
Also use the floral wire to attach the other embellishments, like the wooden house cut outs and pinecones.
you’re free to use a mix of natural and painted pinecones if you like.
Take the ribbon and create a few bows and using the floral wire, attach them throughout the garland.
Once done, the budget-friendly Christmas garlan is ready for hanging.
Add it to your mantle and have fun decorating!
