Spray paint the pinecones lightly with white for frosted look after the pinecones have fully dried.
Allow the paint to dry fully before adding any embellishments such as felt cardinals and faux berries.
To make your own felt cardinal birds, head over to our post onmaking felt birds with printable patterns.
Then, glue cardinals directly on to wreath and add cut faux berry clusters with a hot glue gun.
