Using a brush, paint white all over the picture frame and the decorative cow.
its best to keep the paint strokes uneven and distressed.

Allow paint to dry.
Allow paint to dry.
Paint the farmhouse lettering.
Glue the painted cow and farmhouse lettering on to the frame overlapping the edges.
Lastly, add diamond dust over the cow and farmhouse phrase to give her loads of sparkle and texture.
