Elephants are the worlds largest land mammal.
They use their amazing trunks for lots of jobs, like drinking water or showering cool mud on themselves.

Try matching the grey paint to your chosen sock for a realistic effect.
Set the paper plates aside to dry.
Once dry, place a coffee cup top-side down onto the unpainted side of one of the plates.
Place it in the centre towards the bottom, and trace around it with a marker.
Next, draw a circle inside your circle, leaving about 14 inch inside the edge.
Adult part: carefully pierce the centre of the circle and cut out the smaller circle.
Next, cut one inch down from the top of your coffee cup.
Place the sock inside the paper plate hole from the unpainted side.
Push the sock nose through the paper plate until the coffee cup rim and the plate connect.
Now lets make some elephant ears!
Cut the second paper plate in half.
Round the edges to make ear shapes.
Attach the ears to the paper plate face with staples or double sided tape.
Glue the eyes in place.
you’ve got the option to also cut paper and make a crescent shaped pink mouth.
Try using black paper for eyebrows and eyelashes.
