Wet the top layer of the cardboard.
After a few minutes peel off the top layer of the cardboard leaving the corrugated part underneath.
Glue the cardboard onto the tray.
Next, paint your bunny shapes white.
Apply a coat of Mod Podge onto the bunny and let dry tacky.
Place the napkin on top of the bunny and gently press down with your fingers.
Remove any excess napkin from the edges.
Repeat with other bunnies and glue them all onto the tray.
Layer your ribbon to make a messy bow.
