Using the utility knife or scissors, cut the napkin to fit inside the plaque.
Apply another coat of modge podge on the top of the napkin.
We used ourCricut Joyand a Christmas phrase form the Design Space library to make the vinyl lettering.
Place it in the center of the plaque.
