Spring is in the air and its Easter time.
The beautiful colors and patterns are perfect for the season.
you’ve got the option to use decorative cupcake liners like ours for an ornate effect.

First, flatten out a cupcake liner.
Next, fold it in half.
Fold it in half again.
Fold it in half a third and final time.
Now its time to cut!
Unfold the cupcake liner to reveal your symmetrical pattern.
Next, choose a piece of colorful paper to make the egg.
double-check its slightly larger than the cupcake liner.
Glue and press down your cupcake liner shape.
Once dry, cut out the circle, then trim two sides to make the egg shape.
Create lots of different shapes and color combinations!
To make the basket, grab some construction paper, a paper plate or bowl, and a marker.
Draw a straight line for the top of the basket.
Draw a second line beneath it for the basket edge, and connect the lines with two curved lines.
Draw the weave texture.
We drew three horizontal lines beside three vertical lines and continued this pattern.
Use the plate or bowl to trace the edge and make a basket handle.
Cut the handle and basket out separately.
Next, glue the handle tips behind the baskets edge so it looks seamless.
A tisket, a tasket, its time to fill your basket!
