Chop your almonds to desired chunkiness.
Once the almond mixture is nicely caramelized, combine with the cranberries.
Melt chocolate over a double boiler with medium heat.
Chocolate is one of those nice ingredients you dont want to ruin by using direct heat.
Sprinkle the reserved almond mixture over top the chocolate mixture and let it set.
Allow bark to set and break into pieces.
If you dont eat it all this will last 2 weeks in an airtight container.
