Using a ruler, measure and mark two rectangles 3 high x 12 wide in silver glitter vinyl.

Using a ruler, measure and mark two rectangles 2 1/2 high x 12 wide in blue shimmer vinyl.

Cut rectangles with scissors keeping edges straight.

Using a ruler, measure and mark two rectangles 2 1/2 high x 12 wide in silver shimmer vinyl.

Cut nine equally sized flames that are 12 wide in gold glitter vinyl.

it’s possible for you to also use your Cricut cutitng machine to cut out these shapes with percision.
