But its usually cheddar, smoked gouda, or something along those lines.

Grab a cutting board and knife and slice the garlic clove into thinner slices.

In a bowl, whisk the two eggs with the turmeric and salt and pepper.

Heat a medium pan to medium high heat and melt 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in the pan.

On one half of the egg, spread the cooked spinach.

Season with salt and pepper.

Carefully flip the other side over on top of the greens and cheese.

Slide the omelette off onto a plate and serve immediately.

Cut up some tomatoes onto your breakfast and add some hot sauce if you are feeling spicy!
