Place the pattern pieces on top of canvas fabric and cut along solid lines.
Finish the cut edges with a zig zag stitch to avoid fraying.
Sew the circle piece to the bottom end of the long tube shape piece, matching notches.

Double turn the top cut edge of the wine bottle bag and stitch the hem in place.
Turn right side out and place a wine bottle inside and tie a rope around the top.
And there you have it, the wine bottle bag is complete!
