These popsicles come together in no time at all, with only a few ingredients.

Theyre super fun to make and easy for little hands to help out with.

The strawberry option is definitely the healthier of the two, using nothing but fresh fruit and coconut water.

Be sure to eat them quick, or youll end up with sticky hands!

Pour into molds filling only halfway.

Freeze for about 15 minutes until just set.

While the kiwi layer is freezing, puree strawberries with remaining coconut water.

Remove kiwi layer from the freezer, and fill the remaining half up with the strawberry mixture.

Insert popsicle sticks or lids for molds, and freeze for 8-12 hours.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 8-12 hours until set.

*optional melt 3-4 squares white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments until smooth.

Top with crushed oreo cookies and return to freezer for a few minutes until chocolate is set.

** To remove from molds, run under hot water for 2-3 seconds and gently pull out.
